Declaration of Disassociation from Antisocial Forces
GOODLIFE Co., Ltd. has announced its Declaration of Disassociation from Antisocial Forces based on the government's Guidelines for Enterprises to Prevent Damage Caused by Antisocial Forces. This is to sever any and all connections with groups or individuals deemed to be anti-social forces that seek to use fraudulent methods, force, or threats to gain economic advantage. We shall ensure compliance with this Declaration in accordance with our Basic Policy on Dealing with Antisocial Forces below.
Basic Policy on Dealing with Antisocial Forces
- We shall not enter into any contracts for purchases, sale, outsourcing, partnerships, consultation, etc., with any company associated with antisocial forces.
- As an organization, we shall take a firm stance against antisocial forces and sever all relations with them.
- In order to eliminate antisocial forces, we shall establish close partnerships with the police and other external specialist organizations.
- We shall categorically reject unreasonable demands from antisocial forces.
- We shall take legal action, both civil and criminal, against unreasonable demands from antisocial forces.
- We shall never provide funds to antisocial forces.
